1jili Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

To create and maintain an account with 1jili, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time you access and use 1jili.

When you register for a 1jili account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number registered in your name.
• An email address you regularly access and that belongs to you.
• Accurate date of birth confirming that you are of legal gambling age.

Each person may only register one account. If 1jili detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifying data — all associated accounts may be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited. The decision to reinstate or permanently close duplicate accounts rests solely with 1jili.

You may not open an account as a proxy or agent for anyone else. Account ownership is non-transferable. Selling, lending, or gifting your 1jili account to another person is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs sent to your registered mobile number. 1jili strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password that is not reused across other platforms or apps.
• Avoid saving your password on shared devices, public computers, or borrowed phones.
• Log out of your 1jili account completely after each session, particularly on mobile devices shared with family members.
• Enable any additional verification options available in your account settings.

1jili will never ask for your full password through any channel — not through email, social media, chat, or phone. If someone contacts you claiming to be a 1jili representative and asks for your password or OTP, do not comply and report the contact through official support immediately.

Any activity that occurs through your registered account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify 1jili support. While 1jili will make reasonable efforts to assist, the platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

1jili accepts deposits through a selection of Philippine-based payment methods. These currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. Available methods and applicable minimum or maximum amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated without advance notice.

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from an account that does not belong to you — are not permitted. If 1jili identifies a third-party deposit, the amount may be reversed, and your account may be subject to review or suspension.

• Deposit amounts are credited to your 1jili wallet upon successful payment confirmation.
• 1jili does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawing your winnings from 1jili is straightforward, but certain conditions apply before a withdrawal can be processed:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jili will not be liable for:

If a breach is confirmed, 1jili may withhold pending balances in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
